2. Chili Lime Prawn Skewers with Fried Plantains $30 pp.
Mild chili and paprika jumbo prawns, cilanto rice, fried plantains and mango papaya salsa.
3. Chicken or Tofu Thai Peanut and Vegetables with Coconut Rice $28 pp.
4. Ahi Tuna Poke Bowls $25 pp.
5. Miso Soup with Shiitake Mushrooms and Baby Bok Choy $28 serves two.
6. Fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce $18 pp.

Whether you’re heading out to watch the fireworks, or just enjoying the holiday in your backyard, these elegant chef-created meals are perfectly portable!
Each meal comes with a main course with sides, a mixed green salad, and either a cookie or fresh fruit cup for dessert. Disposable napkins and flatware are also included. These meals are designed to enjoy cold or at room temperature.
Choices are:
1. Grilled Chicken Breast with Spinach Feta Orzo and Seasonal Vegetables
2. Grilled Tri Tip with Dijon Herbed Yukon Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
3. Pesto Caprese Pasta with Baby Tomatoes, Mozzarella Fresca and Fresh Basil
4. Chicken or Tofu Pad Thai (non-dairy and gluten-free)
Extras:
5. Artisan Cheese and Charcuterie Tray – an assortment of local and imported cheeses, cured meats, nuts, flatbread crackers, fresh and dried fruits $35 serves two.
6. Heirloom Tomato and Basil Pesto Tart on Puff Pastry $30 serves two.
