3. Black Eye Peas with Braised Greens and Smoked Sausages (organic and nitrate free) on Corn Grits $32 pp. Vegetarian option available.
4. Mushroom and Leek Tart with Gruyere and Thyme $32 serves two.
5. Organic Turkey Barley Soup (made with bone broth) $14 pp / $28 serves two.
6. Cilantro Lime Shrimp with Bloody Mary Cocktail Sauce $20 doz.
