This week’s menu celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month and my birthday with a taste bud fiesta!
1. Chili Lime Prawns (mild) with Cilantro Rice, Fried Plantains and Mango Salsa $32 pp.
2. Enchilada Dinner – Choose from the options below with your choice of Classic Red Sauce or Creamy Verde, comes with Ranchero Beans and Spanish Rice $32 pp.
a. Seafood (shrimp and white fish ceviche), Queso Fresco, Creamy Verde Sauce.
b. Chicken and Cheese (plant-based chicken option available upon request).
c. Vegetarian Butternut Squash and Spinach, Queso Fresco.
3. Fajita Bowls - Grilled veggies, black beans, corn, cilantro lime rice, cheese and homemade Pico de Gallo $20 pp. Add grilled chicken $5.
4. Mexican Tortilla Soup, Vegetarian or with Chicken $18 pp.
5. Cilantro Lime Prawn and Avocado Salad $22 pp.
6. Strawberry Birthday Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting $25 / 5.5” or $45 / 8”.
